FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. For international shipping, all products are free shipping when order over $49.99.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE
For the subtotal order amount is under $49.99, we will charge $8 for the shipping fee.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
NO RETURNs BUT ACCEPT EXCHANGES
Please note that if you received the wrong product or a defective product within 14days of purchasing your order, we only accept exchanges and no returns due to the handcraft nature of our products. We promise that we will check the products all are completed before we do the shipping.
